Our Services
AIVisible provides AI-powered content generation services specifically designed to make businesses more visible to AI search engines and AI assistants. Our services include:
- Generation of AI-optimized landing page content
- Creation of custom chatbot prompts
- Production of business tips in PDF format
- Hosting of AI-optimized content
Fees and Payment
Our services require a one-time setup fee of $599.00 and a monthly subscription fee of $79.00. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription amount on a recurring basis until canceled.
Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the business information you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. The content generated by our AI services for you is your property once delivered.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or objectionable purposes, or to engage in, encourage, or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVisible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.
